Description
load-dataset.pl -- Rudolf needs to get load-dataset.pl running on a machine to
which he has access. It has a number of required perl libraries (including
XML::LibXML and Metacat.pm) to install it. He will use this for inserting new
docs as they are submitted.
May need to modify load-dataset.pl to support updates.
