Description

The manual states "The corners ... must be marked with 12" or
greater sections of ½" diameter galvanized steel conduit ... larger metal
conduit stakes may be used ... The use of PVC or rebar is not acceptable."
The manual should be revised to allow rebar if and only if plastic caps
are put on the rebar to improve visibility and reduce risk of personal
injury.
