documentation: need better, more understandable explanation of the submission &
review process in the guide.htm documentation and in the page returned after
submission, otherwise users might expect their entry to show up immediately in
the registry. When it doesn't, they might resubmit unnecessarily.

Also, need anchored links from the entry-form to field definitions in the guide
as Mark has requested previously.
