Description
If not plots are in the plot-picklist, would be nice to have "add plots" as an option. Perhaps it could stay there all the time, but that might not be so great either.
This is something that would be nice, but isn't critical at all.

This is done, as now the plot data form doesn't open if there aren't plots. Instead, it switches you to the add plots form.
