Description

Layout on LabelDataColumns page is initially strange; the "AvailableResponseItems" label and the DataTable label are not aligned. After selecting a particular question, they are then aligned as we would like them to be.

This is because even when a question is not selected, the contents of the question text display pane are empty. Selecting a question puts something there, and this changes the alignment.

Fixed by giving some initial text to the question preview component, even though it will be initially overwritten.
