Description
The old style entry tool never mapped the stratum definitions from the herb datasheet onto the stratum definitions on the plot-cover sheet very well (see bug 2659). It had to be done manually. Further, people were unaccustomed to fidgeting with the herb data headers. There are cases I've seen where a floating or submerged stratum is defined, but not recognized as separate by the herb team. This can probably be done retroactively based on species.
Example:
051-08-0110 Eriocaulon is mixed in with all the other more terrestrial species in the herb stratum. But they defined an acquatic stratum, with no species put in it.
