Description

When submitting a data set with an attached data file, a blank screen is returned. The apache error log has:

[Mon Jan 12 18:21:04 2009] [error] [client 128.111.242.154] Can't use an undefined value as a symbol reference at /var/www/edu.ucsb.nceas.dev/knb/cgi-bin/register-dataset.cgi line 1010., referer: http://dev.nceas.ucsb.edu/knb/cgi-bin/register-dataset.cgi
