Description
3) We need a placeholder for "none of the above" when a plot does not fit into
ANY community within a particular framework.
Done. We have two of these. One is "CEGL.NoneExists" and one is "A.NoneExists" to reflect which item doesn't exist. Framework is not sufficient to enclose a "none" because the framework refers to many different levels.
