Description
It would be very nice if the devel tree had a top level build.xml file
so that
cd kepler; ant run
would work.
I'm not sure if there is an easy way to do this though.

The name "build" is a common directory name for a place where classes are built. The fear of using the term "build" for the "build-area" directory is that people might think that it would be permissible to delete the "build" directory. We are open to other alternatives to the "build-area" folder.
