Description

A user was logged into a mac as a non-admin user, and tried to add an access rule from the LDAP tree tool. She got this message:
writing to ./lib/accesslist.xml is not allowed

Morpho was installed by the admin user, so maybe it is looking at the admin's home/lib/ instead ~/lib/

perhaps we should copy this into the .morpho directory?

Copy accesslist.xml to the .morpho ("config") directory on start up.
Reference only that file from then on.
