Description

The "File Reader" actor (ptolemy.actor.lib.io.FileReader) prints a message
"Failed to write '" + fileOrURL + "'"

when it should be "Failed to read '" + fileOrURL + "'"

This is very confusing.

fixed it. update ptolemy to see the change.
