- clarification of Mean Water Depth - is this the depth of water "where present" or for a random sample of points throughout the plot where water might or might not be present?

MTL: I think it is the water mean water depth where present. I'm not sure though. VegBank doesn't say:

It is the current average depth of water observed on the plot.
