Here's another little data form peculiarity I picked up - the Level 1&2 Plot Data form use the term "Start Date" (bold and underline) for the plot date (or its starting date for multi-day plots). However, when we move to the Level and Level 4 & 5 Plot Data forms, this field changes to "Date". Probably all forms should specify "Start Date" for consistency.
