Description
my sql.properties bundle has a different DB Name setting (so that I can connect to the cache's hsqldb instance).
When the WRM tab is first initialized, I see that my setting is overriden with dotKeper stuff: /.kepler/provenance/provenance.
It then tries to reconnect, but the original setting from the file is used and all is well.
Note: this works but is ugly and shows a big stack trace.

now pointing to the cache's hsqldb instance (running in server mode).
no longer need to treat the dbname in the properties file in a special way.
Note: if you do want to specify a stand-alone provenance store, you need the full path for DB Name.
