Description

In the report viewer the text for the button that says "Refresh using current layout' runs over the edges of the button.

I've been meaning to remove the button altogether - this seems like just the motivation to do it!

commented out the button for now. It was also confusing for most users - especially since it could result in wildly different reports depending on what the current state of the layout was.
Now everyone (including me) will have to rerun the workflow in order to see the changes that happen on the designer.
