Description

We can now create 64 bit installers for kepler, so I need to add a build target to do that and remove the disclaimers on the installer and the web site that say we don't support 64 bit arch.

Added functionality to the build system to build the 64 bit installer. Changed the disclaimer on the web site and in the readme.
