Description

Need to create a testing harness for the build system to ensure that all functionality remains working as new features are added. This should be run with the nightly build.

I think this is overkill and not a good use of resources. Problems in the build system tend to be detected immediately, due to constant and heavy use by developers.

I am reclassifying this to be an enhancement. It might be nice, but we do not even yet have a significant test suite for Kepler itself.
