Description

It should be possible to specify a set of one or more default toolbars that are visible by default. Furthermore, it should be possible for the user to make new toolbars, customize existing toolbars, and drag toolbars on the canvas and pin or dock them in various areas, as in common in applications such as Photoshop or Microsoft Word.
