Description

Unexpected Unnamed1 workflow show up after run-deletion via WRM.

To reproduce:
1) launch kepler using wrp suite
2) open and run getting-started/00-StatisticalSummary.xml once
3) quit and relaunch kepler
4) delete execution with wrm
5) connect to DB server, select * from workflow;

Before run deletion, workflow table contains:
00-StatisticalSummary

After deletion it contains:
00-StatisticalSummary
Unnamed1
