Description
Popup menu selections that appear with right click should also appear in
persistent application menu. This is particularly critical for Mac users who may
not be aware of <Ctrl>+click equivalence to right click.

This is now part of the UI redesign and needs to be completed for the 1.2
release. Jing should be handling this as part of reworking the query package.

Maybe we need to discuss which menu they should go in some time.
By the way, I have another relative question:
I know, to the search result frame, we need to keep this popup menu selections
that appear with right click. But I am not sure that in open dialog box if we
need the popup menu too.

Jing, we did discuss it extensively. The prototype screen shots of the menus
precisely show where they are supposed to go. Which ones are you unsure of?
Remember even that some of them, such as Upload to Metacat are being renamed
and/or reimplemented in a different way. Take another look at our final screen
shots and let me know if you have any questions.
