Description

We need to make it more obvious that report items should be dragged to the report designer. Some suggestions were: highlighting the area, and placing some text instructions like 'drag workflow and layout items here to create a report' into the general area.

I have added a background image to the report designer panel that shows an image of a piece of paper, with a folded corner. Text on the image reads "Drag items here to create a report".
