Description

Need to revisit the startup caching and indexing procedures to see what makes sense with new systems and to restore the performance of Kepler cache/index/library startup.

I am now getting sub 30 second startup times with a cleaned cache and sub 10 second startup times with a built cache on my MacBook Pro.
