Description

Serialized workflowRuns should use a date standard. I'd also like them to be human readable. I'm currently planning to change to a format that will be valid ISO 8601.

fixed in r55819. Serialized dates look like 2009-10-12T12:56:36.266-07:00. This isn't the most human readable, but it's not that bad either, imo, and users shouldn't really need to be looking in the run moml anyways.
