Description
Make changes that are either easily done or essential before an initial public release through the new module manager.
This changes include:
- Move tag manager from combobox to menu.
- Add a button for adding a tag that duplicates the functionality of the enter key wrt the combobox.
- Insert default instructions for tagging into the combobox.
