Description

The CustomTreeCellRenderer class has hardcoded paths for images that were
specific to Windows platforms. Trying to run on linux causes crash.

Changed image path formats to be cross-platform, and created new method
(preloadImages() ) in CustomTreeCellRenderer.java the allows images to be
preloaded at startup. This method is called by MetaDoc on startup.
