Description
Create a SPAN simulator that uses the SPAN control protocol to start/stop sensors, and change sampling rates. Additionally, the simulator should generate data for each sensor that is active.
A simulator would allow for building and testing with larger sensor networks (i.e., larger than the number of real sensors) and aid debugging the engineering view interfaces.

I've implemented part of the simulator. You can start it by running 'ant spansim' in sensor-view/.
Yet to do:
- data output
- control sampling

The simulator now generates data for each sensor, and you can control the sampling parameters.
