Description

Figure 6 (https://kepler-project.org/developers/incubation/kepler-engineering-view-for-reap/engineering-view-plans ) shows Servers (Server1, Server2) in the Scheduled Workflows section on the left on the Workflow Scheduler view. We need a way for a user to add and configure these servers (address, username, password, database name, port, etc). I believe we've discussed extending the Sources (aka Preferences) menu to add an additional tab for this.

When a user clicks on a workflow listed on one of these servers, a new instance of Workflow Run Manager needs to be created and needs to connect to that server to show the runs, and in order to do this, it needs to access these connection parameters.

I'm going to start working on this, under the assumption we still want a new tab in Preferences where a user can add, configure, and delete servers.

The workflow scheduler servers in Figs 6 & 7 are the same as the "remote repositories" that can be selected in the existing Component Preferences tab, so a separate tab is not needed. However, remote repositories can currently only be configured by editing a configuration file. To close this bug, the Component Preferences tab should be updated to allow adding, removing, and configuring these repositories.
