Description
Image report items aren't shown in the layout viewer or instance viewer when the original image path doesn't resolve...despite the image data being embedded in the rios. The pdf has the image, but to get at this, the user must unzip the kar, and open the pdf w/ an external application.

The embedded images should (and I believe used to) be decoded from their base-64 characters and made into an image file (I believe somewhere in the neitherregions of .kepler)

Worked w/ Ben to fix this in r25094 on 2.0 branch.
Needs to be merged into trunk.

This was merged into trunk. Just tested, works.
