Description
Currently, the splash screen and icons appears to be loaded from specific modules rather than the classpath. This makes it difficult to release different sets of modules using different branding.
The goal here is to specify a specific place in a module where an image for a splash screen or an icon can go, so that the highest priority splash screen or icon "wins" when it comes to what is displayed.

Confirmed that these are already loaded off the classpath, although the specific location on the classpath is loaded as a property in the common module.
