The list on the left panel of the scheduler should only show WF objects that can be scheduled.

Description
In the scheduler, the list on the left should only show WF objects that
can be scheduled.
We removed some local component library on the left panel:
Ontology libraries of local components.
Actor libraries.
Director Libraries.
So the search results is much smaller.
Bug is fixed base the solution on comment 1. If we have any new suggestion, we can open another bug.
