Description

Mac OSX draws a resize corner over the right-most icon on the status bar
(currently the "SSL" status icon. Need to insert a spacer at this end to move
icon to left, away from the corner.

added spacer, but it looks odd in non-mac L&F. Ultimately, need to detect OS and
do spacer only if Mac. Assuming this is lower priority?
