The profile screen prompts for your LDAP information but we are moving to certificates. We don't know which organizations our users will come from -- the beauty of CILogon/InCommon -- and we probably can't have people type in their full DN. I also don't think we need to store this information since it is encoded in the certificate they are/will use. Perhaps just removing any mention of username from this series of wizards is the best approach.
