Description
The sitemap format used by Metacat has been deprecated, and should be updated to the current release (0.9) as published by http://sitemaps.org.

- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Updated the namespace to use the 0.9 format. No other changes needed for validity. Committed in r7735.
