Description
In addition to fixing the other bugs for RC2, we need to do several things to
prepare the release. Here is an initial list -- please add to it with other
comments in this bug if you know of something that needs to be finished before
the release can go out.
1) Regenerate all png files
2) Revise the README with current information

3) Remove lineage elements from all schemas

4) Change namespace references throughout from RC1 to RC2

Finished all release preparation tasks (1, 2, 3, 4). Ready to create the
distribution for RC2.
