All the credits have been added, most of them linking to the morguefile profiles for the each respective photographer. I've emailed all the photographers to see if they'd rather use a different name or link (because "John Smith" looks better than "Irish_eyes on morgueFile", and to pay respect to the photographer's wishes). I'll be updating it as they reply.

It's been two weeks and I've heard back from about half of the photographers. If I hear from anymore, they'll get changed for the next release.
