Description
Need to decide on the exact format of the controlled vocabulary for SNAP. We need a keyword for the SNAP project itself, as well as keywords for each of the 2 working groups, and we need a name for the thesaurus.

Since Morpho has a widget for using the VDEX spec and our UI can certainly load and find elements in XML, perhaps that's a natural choice so that the same file can be used both on the web and within Morpho.
