closedDelete plots works, but sends fail messages

Description
When I deleted plot using the ./dropplot.sh, I get what appears to be error
messages. However, the plots do seem to be deleted (can't query them).

changed from components that are to be deleted to "misc" so that bugs don't get
deleted with component. Sorry for all the email.
