Add a mini-map to the filters sidebar under "Spatial Coverage" fllter with a "Map Mode" link

Description
For now use an image and in later releases perhaps change this to a workable mini-map.

Ben and I had a discussion about this and came to the conclusion that there should just be a on/off switch for the map and not necessarily a "map mode" with mini-map in the filter sidebar. We figure that users will always want to view the map, maybe just make the results list wider, and may want to turn the map off.... but won't ever want to go to "list view" when the list is always shown anyway...
