Add delete button to the Metadata view for archiving objects

Description

This feature would display a "Delete" button on the Metadata view (#view) that would archive the metadata and resourcemap, and any data files in its resource map that are not in any other resourcemaps. This feature should be implemented in conjunction with ticket #6304 so that the user will select with checkboxes exactly what to archive - even if just for the clarity of communicating what exactly will be archived.
