Description
There is a broken link in the FAQ. It is in item 4 "formal specification" and
it should be linked to /software/eml/eml-2.0.0rc2/index.html but instead it is
linked to /software/eml/eml-2.0.0rc2/eml-docbook.html.

Need to check all of the links in all of the docs before the 2.0.0 release.
Several were found to be broken, some of which were fixed, but maybe not all.
Check everything after a cleared cache.

FIXED. Checked all links in the FAQ -- all seem to be working after the fixes.
