Description

In the Login dialog (under "File-->Login/Logout"), the "Login" and "Skip
Login" Buttons should be disabled when user is already logged in

Currently, if you are already logged in, the dialog allows you to log in
again (login-squared!!) Probably a simple fix using the new event/GUIAction
model
