Description
We need to include a sample dataset with the Morpho distribution. I recommend
that we extend the previous one to include several entities, one of which should
have and image as data to illustrate the ability to display both tables and images.

A new sample dataset, based on the old one, has been created. Entity, attribute,
and physical metadata for the old set's data have been added.
Currently, the samples are loaded from the file system rather than from a jar
file. This is because finding all the files in a directory in a jar file was
proving difficult. The code was also changed to save the sample data in a
subdirectory named 'jscientist' (Previous code did not work if profile name was
different than the names in the samples.)
