Description
If the 'Data/Create New Datatable..." menu item is selected and the user then
hits the 'Cancel' button, an unwanted window appears (old Add mentadata
wizard?). Hitting Cancel in this dialog(window) will return the user to the data
package display, but the extra window should not appear.

fixed by changing code in PackageWizardShell to just set existing MorphoFrame to
visible when Cancel button is pressed
