Description

It would be nice to look at the markup for a deployed MetacatUI app and find the version number somewhere. The meta tag might be the right place for this.

I killed two birds with one stone and made the MetacatUI version the unique url argument to tag onto the end of most scripts, stylesheets, and images. (See #6680)
