I added the ability for MetacatUI to check the authentication status of the user through CILogon as well as the traditional Metacat api. For the DataONE theme (and all others, really) we should make sure that those user DNs are handled correctly when clicking the "my packages" button that sets a search model for the user DN and navigates them to the #data view. In my recent test, I was redirected, but did not see the "Me" badge in the search filters even though it was indeed being applied.
