Description

If I visit: https://knb.ecoinformatics.org/ then follow the link at the bottom, I end up at:

https://knb.ecoinformatics.org/#tools/eml

Then clicking on EML, end up at:

https://knb.ecoinformatics.org/#external//emlparser/docs/index.html

Which has the broken link to the spec.
