Enable links to sections and subsections, using URLs like:
#profile/{username}/{section}/{subsection}
example:
#profile/CN=Lauren Walker A10489,O=Google,C=US,DC=cilogon,DC=org/settings/add-account
Which will automatically open the "Settings" tab and scroll to the Add Account (identity mapping) section
