Description
We got feedback from a user recently who clicked on the CC license lnk in the registry, so the registry form was wiped after leaving the page. Make sure all links open in a new tab.

And I just got another email this morning from a second highly frustrated user that didn't realize that navigating to another page would lose their hours of entry. So, could you also add a warning to the page that they shouldn't navigate away? when I try to leave my gmail page with a compose in progress, it gives me an alert asing if I really want to leave that page and lose my work -- maybe we could provide that function on the current form to curtail the frustration that is building?
