Description

Since we are creating lots of metadata documents with empty resource maps for the Arctic Data Center.

We thought this would solve the issue of metadata-only search results being returned when the "only results with data" filter is checked in the Arctic Data Center. But it seems that all of Arctic Data Center metadata has not only been inserted with a resource map, but also each resource map has a cito:documents relationship where the metadata cito:documents itself.
