This probably needs to be a 1.0.1 bug. For now, I have a prototype of how we
could better add plants here:

Use the "Temporary Evaluation Navigation: Previous Form | Next Form " just below
the header to naviagate between the pages.

This substitude "comm" for "plant" on these pages to make it apply to communities.

this is analagous to loading plants one at a time, as described in bug 723
